What are you trying to figure out?
Some of life’s most important decisions don’t come with instructions. Maybe you’re trying to figure out…
How do I transition into therapy?
What do I do with everything that comes up between therapy sessions?
What should my partner and I talk about before we get married?
How do I start a mental health conversation with my adolescent or pre-teen?
Is my family actually protected in all the areas that matter?
How do my benefits fit into my current life and situation?
Where do I even start if I need coverage?
Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure out the next step by yourself.
Here's how Self-Care Over Everything can help
Emotional Wellness
When you want support before, during, or between therapy sessions.
Preparing for therapy—or making sense of everything that comes up afterward—can feel overwhelming. Guided reflection tools can help you organize your thoughts, identify what you want to discuss, and make more intentional use of your therapy experience.
Family & Emotional Conversations
When you know a conversation needs to happen but aren’t sure how to begin.
Sometimes the hardest part is simply finding the words. The Feelings Map™ was created to help children, adolescents, and the adults who support them begin talking about emotions in a way that feels approachable and easier to understand.
Relationships
When you want to have the important conversations before they become difficult conversations.
Healthy relationships require more than love. Guided reflection can help couples explore expectations, communication, finances, family, goals, and other topics that deserve thoughtful conversation.
Family Protection
When you’re wondering whether your family would actually be okay if something changed.
You may already have benefits, policies, and resources in place—but that doesn’t always mean you understand how everything works together. The Family Protection Snapshot gives you an initial look at what currently supports your family and helps identify areas that may deserve a closer look.
Benefits Clarity
When you have benefits but aren’t sure whether they actually fit your life.
Benefits can look good on paper and still leave questions when you try to apply them to your real-life circumstances. The Family Protection Audit provides a deeper review of your current protection strategy so you can better understand what you have, how it works together, and where additional clarity may be needed.
Coverage Support
When you know you may need coverage but don’t know what, where, or how to begin.
You don’t have to diagnose your own insurance needs before asking for help. NaKeisha can help you understand available options, ask the right questions, and determine an appropriate next step based on your actual situation. Insurance is one possible solution—not the starting assumption.
Why I Created Self-Care Over Everything
I created Self-Care Over Everything because too many important parts of life come with no clear roadmap.
Whether it’s transitioning into therapy, understanding your benefits, protecting your family, preparing for an important conversation, or simply figuring out what question to ask next, people are often left trying to piece everything together on their own.
The individual needs may look different, but the challenge is often the same: You know something matters. You just aren’t always sure what to do next.
My goal is to make those moments feel less overwhelming by providing tools, education, and guidance that help you understand what you have, identify what you may need, and take your next step with greater clarity.
